Return and Refund Policy

Returns
• Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
• Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, downloads)
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom orders
Process
1. Contact KW Books customer service to initiate a return.
2. Package the item securely and follow return instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
Refunds
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, KW Books will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to KW Books’ error.
Exchanges
• Items may be exchanged for the same item if defective or damaged. Contact customer service for exchanges.
